A bill to amend 2016 PA 407, entitled “Skilled trades regulation act,” by amending section 207 (MCL 339.5207) and by adding section 1020.
House Bill No. 4894 amends the Skilled Trades Regulation Act to ensure qualifying experience for building inspector registration is valid for five years and removes the requirement that such experience be recent, thereby increasing flexibility for applicants.
