A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding sections 17771 and 17771a.
Senate Bill No. 516 and House Bill No. 4837 allows pharmacists to sell ivermectin over the counter without a prescription, provided it meets manufacturing and labeling standards, thereby expanding public access while maintaining safety requirements.
