A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending section 657a (MCL 257.657a), as amended by 2018 PA 139.
House Bill No. 4644 expands the eligibility for Michigan localities to allow golf carts on their streets, increases regulatory oversight, and updates operational and safety requirements for golf cart use.
