A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending section 307 (MCL 257.307), as amended by 2023 PA 260.
Amends the Michigan Vehicle Code to update identification requirements for driver's licenses, align voter registration addresses with license addresses, and ensure security in license issuance, while excluding compliance with the Real ID Act of 2005.
