A bill to amend 2006 PA 563, entitled “An act to restrict the use and disclosure of certain statements made by law enforcement officers,” by amending section 1 (MCL 15.391), as amended by 2016 PA 302.
House Bills 4352-55 amends the 1955 PA 233 to allow certain municipal authorities to create law enforcement agencies, adopt and enforce regulations, and impose fines, enhancing their operational and regulatory capabilities.
