Would overturn a state law that currently prohibits a local zoning board from putting a deed restriction on a school building stating that it cannot be sold to a private school or other public school academy (charter school). Buildings that were built for education should be first re-purposed for education before finding other uses. There shouldn't be artificial constraints on how to re-purpose a closed public school building.
