To revise the definition of illegal drug “paraphernalia” to include an object specifically designed for ingesting or inhaling nitrous oxide. This relates to a 1988 law that banned the sale of illegal drug “paraphernalia” subject to 90 days in jail and a $5,000 fine; see House Bill 5692.
