Revise farmland conservation rights easement details

To revise a law that permits a land owner to relinquish the right to develop a portion of farmland to the state or a local government for a period of years in return for tax breaks, so as to allow the parties to adjust the boundaries to make them more regular. Not more than one acre could be relinquished from the easement for this purpose, however.
