Reduce high school graduation standards

To repeal the current Michigan high school graduation requirements (“merit standards”), and replace it with individualized lesson plans that “incorporate as much of the subject area content expectations of the Michigan merit standard as is practicable for the pupil.” Senate Bill 1091 proposes the altered standards, while this and Senate Bill 1089 amends related sections of law.
