2022 Senate Bill 1007

Permit liquor at public pools

Introduced in the Senate

April 14, 2022

Introduced by Sen. Jeremy Moss (D-11)

To revise a state ban on the consumption of food and beverages in public swimming pools, and instead allow this in “qualified premises” defined as “a park, school, motel, camp, resort, apartment, club, hotel, mobile home park, subdivision, and waterpark,” but not limited to these. Senate Bill 1006 would permit liquor sales at some public pools.
