Revise rules on video statements in child abuse cases

To establish that when child involved in a child abuse case is interviewed in an “accredited accreditable child assessment center,” the individual conducting the interview must make an electronic recording of the interview in its entirety. Also, that a custodian of the video recorded statement must allow access and retain electronic recordings in the manner provided by law. See also House Bills 6290 and 6291.
