Revise state occupational licensure mandates for out-of-staters

To revise Michigan’s occupational licensure regime so as to facilitate licensed professionals in other states being able to practice their trade in Michigan without the burden of undergoing duplicate licensure processes, but only if the other state’s education, work experience and other requirements are equivalent to those imposed by this state.
