To impose a donor disclosure mandate on a non-profit “501(c)(4)” and “527 organizations” that contribute to candidates and issues if they receive contributions totaling more than $5,000 in a year, meaning they would have to make public names, phone number, street addresses and employer of donors who contribute $100 or more.
