Mandate more insurer reports on mental and physical health services

To mandate that health insurance companies file annual reports that include “comparative analyses and other information regarding the design and application of nonquantitative treatment limitations that apply to mental health or substance use disorder benefits required by” a particular federal law. Note: The Michigan legislature has declined <a href=""https://www.michiganvotes.org/SearchLegislation.aspx?Results=50&EndDate=12%2F31%2F2022&StartDate=1%2F1%2F2001&Keywords=mandate+mental+parity&op=Search>many opportunities</a> in recent decades to impose a mandate on health insurance companies requiring them to include full coverage for mental health services in all regular health insurance policies.
