Expand restrictions on releases, access, and uses of criminal history records

To expand a law that prohibits an employer from making, requesting or maintaining a record of information regarding a prospective employee’s history of misdemeanor arrests, detentions or dispositions where a conviction did not result. The bill would add to the current prohibition asking about certain convictions, probation orders and more.
