Democratic union/labor package – employer-communication restrictions

To make it unlawful for an employer to require an employee to attend an employer-sponsored meeting or participate in any communication with the employer if the primary purpose is to communicate the employer's opinion about a religious or political matter or to discourage unionization collective bargaining. The bill prescribes sanctions and lawsuits for violations.
