Extend “double dipping” for unemployment system retirees who pitch-in during epidemic

To extend through the end of 2021 a 2020 law that allowed retired employees of the state’s unemployment insurance program bureau to collect both a paycheck and a pension check if they come back to work during the coronavirus epidemic emergency to help process benefit claims by locked-down workers.
