To prescribe detailed procedures and standards for determining how much the legislature may charge for fulfilling Freedom of Information Act requests for government records. This is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 233 to 241 that would extend the state’s open records law to the legislature, subject to a range of exceptions and exemptions.
