Revise school bullying law details

To revise a law that prescribes public school responses to alleged bullying of a student by requiring school officials to “immediately contact the parent or guardian of a pupil who appears in distress at school” when alerted by staff or another student; require districts to adopt and give parents information on a “state OK2SAY” type program; and issue a “statement prohibiting retaliation against a school employee who notifies” school or state officials of noncompliance with these and related provisions.
