To require the state’s utility regulator (the Michigan Public Service Commission) to study the “technical, market, policy, and regulatory barriers to developing and utilizing renewable natural gas,” and issues related to the potential magnitude of this fuel source. Also, to require the commission to create and “periodically update an inventory of biogas and renewable natural gas resources available” here.
