Authorize certain pharmacist birth control pill prescriptions

To permit pharmacists to prescribe (in addition to dispensing) “hormonal contraceptive patches,” defined a self-administered hormonal contraceptive, or vaginal ring hormonal contraceptive, regardless of whether the individual has a previous prescription from a doctor.
