Revise auto insurance reform detail

To extend for another year a temporary provision of the 2019 auto insurance reform related to a person who had medical coverage while a policy with an opt-out election was in effect, which barred an insurer from refusing to issue coverage or increase premiums solely because the person previously failed to obtain insurance providing Personal Injury Protection medical benefits within 30 days.
