To revise the membership of a state mobile home commission, by removing one of two positions for individuals representing mobile home park operators, adding a second position for individuals representing mobile home park residents, and two additional positions for park residents. See also House Bills 5396 and 5397 that would impose rent controls on mobile home park owners.
