Revise wildlife PR council duties detail to revise membership details of a state “wildlife council" comprised of political appointees representing various interests, which was created by a 2013 law for the purpose of hiring an advertising agency and designing a public relations campaign to spend money collected from surcharges imposed on hunting and fishing license fees by another 2013 law. The new members of this PR council would be selected to represent conservation interests.
