Revise foster care details

To establish that when a child in state supervised foster care receives certain federal cash benefits for which the state health and welfare department serves as the “representative payee or fiduciary,” it must invest a specified percentage of these benefits through a fiduciary to “conserve” the assets in an appropriate type of account.
