Revise child car seat rule to revise child car seat regulations

To require a driver who gets a ticket for violations to “beat” the charge by getting the right seat only if he or she also gets training in its use from a “certified child passenger safety technician” Such a certification does not appear to exist in Michigan law, but a private organization offers one at a cost.
