To extend the expiration of drivers licenses expiring on or after March 31, 2021, to June 30, 2021. This lengthens a previous epidemic-related extension. Also, to require the Secretary of State to report to the legislature on when they might reopen offices, and how they propose to handle backlogs of people who have been unable to renew essential documents.
