Expand ban on government official’s name on ‘ballot-related’ material

To revise a law that prohibits the name of an elected or appointed official from appearing on “ballot-related material” including absentee ballot applications and envelopes. The bill would expand this to prohibit including “any part of the elected or appointed official's name” in an email address.
