Revise communications impediment drivers license designation

To revise a detail of a law enacted in 2020 that authorizes drivers license applicants to request a non-public designation in the Secretary of State’s central files as an individual with a communication impediment. The bill would establish that the verification requirement in the application for this could be signed by an audiologist, a speech-language pathologist, or a psychologist.
