Coronavirus epidemic response bills – day care for essential workers

To authorize schools and employers to establish “disaster relief child care centers,” in response to the coronavirus epidemic, subject to a range of restrictions and requirements. The bill would place in statute the provisions of coronavirus epidemic Executive Order No. 2020-51 that authorizes these centers, which are essentially day care for the children of parents deemed “essential workforce” members by that order.
