Coronavirus epidemic response bills - restrict scarcity-pricing

To prohibit a merchant raising the price of a product more than 20% above its price on March 9, 2020, unless the seller can prove costs have risen, with violations subject to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine. The price controls would expire June 1, 2020.
