Raise minimum age to buy tobacco to 21

To prohibit tobacco use by individuals under age 21. The bill amends a 1971 law enacted in the wake of the war in Viet Nam to reduce the “age of majority” in Michigan from 21 to 18. This originally applied to buying alcohol, but the law was later amended return the minimum age on that one back to 21.
