Authorize certain renter “gentrification” subsidies

To require a “state housing development authority” to create criteria for local governments selecting particular individual “older adults” to get taxpayer-funded housing subsidies based on their being priced out of their home by developers’ “gentrification” projects (dubbed “residential revitalization and conversion projects” by the bill).
