Authorize 15 years for firearms ‘straw man’ purchase

To make participating in a “straw man” firearms purchase a felony subject to 15 years in prison and a $50,000 fine. This is defined as completing a firearms purchase application, taking possession of the gun and subsequently transferring to the real buyer. Additional penalties would apply if the gun is used in a crime.
