Temporarily waive certain health care regulatory mandates in current epidemic

To authorize a temporary exception to a requirement that a person seeking to register as a nurse’s aide must take a certain competency examination. The registration that are issued without taking the exam would be valid for 28 days, and could be renewed during the proposed 120 life of this exception.
