Transfer online sport bet revenue from horse race interests to corporate subsidy interests

To reallocate a 4% portion of the revenue from a recently enacted law permitting Michigan casinos to enter the online sports betting business from horse race interests (a state “Agriculture Equine Industry Development Fund”), and instead give these tax dollars to the state agency in charge of giving selective subsidies and handouts to particular corporations and developers (the Michigan Economic Development Corporation).
