Only permit large data company to collect personal data on residents

To prohibit a private business from collecting personal data from state residents unless it annually buys, receives, sells, or shares the personal information of 50,000 or more consumers, households, or devices, has annual gross revenue of more than $25 million, and derives more than half of its annual revenue from selling consumer personal information. Also, to establish that individuals have a right to know what personal data is being collected about them, whether it is sold and to whom, to say “no” to the sale of their personal data, to access the personal data collected about themselves, to request a business to delete any personal information, and to be free from discrimination related to the above.
