To make explicit that the law exempting government officials and employees from liability for personal injury or property damage, including harm caused by a planned “tactical operation" by a special operations, weapons, or response team of a law enforcement agency to deal with imminent violence, a riot, an act of terrorism, or a similar civic emergency, is subject to the reasonableness standard specified in the bill.
