Require child abuse investigators determine parent’s military status

To revise a law that requires officials at the Department of Health and Human Services to notify law enforcement agencies when investigating reports of a child suspected of being abused or neglected, by also requiring the department to determine the military status of a suspected parent or guardian, and if so to notify officials at a U.S. Department of Defense Family Advocacy Program.
