Revise statute of limitations on criminal sexual conduct damage claims

To extend the deadline on how long an individual has to file a lawsuit seeking damages for criminal sexual conduct to 10 years after the time the claim accrues, or until the individual reaches the age of 48 years (rather than the current age 28), or until seven years after the date the individual discovers or should have discovered the alleged injury and its causal relationship to the criminal sexual conduct.
