Ban licensure sanctions for executive order violations

To establish that an individual or business subject to a government occupational licensure mandate is not subject to license suspension or administrative sanctions for violating a provision of an executive order issued by a governor during a declared state of emergency. The person would be subject to the usual sanctions for violations of the usual requirements and restrictions imposed by the licensure mandate. This bill amends the public health code, and is part of a package comprised of House Bills 6108 to 6111.
