Mandate schools install “emergency responder radio coverage system”

To mandate than any facility where a K-12 “educational program” is operated must install an approved emergency responder radio coverage system “where an alteration that takes place at the educational facility includes the reconfiguration of space, the addition or elimination of a door or window, the reconfiguration or extension of a system, or the installation of additional equipment that exceeds 10% of the building area.” The “emergency responder radio coverage system” would have to have “a minimum signal strength of -95 dBm and must be receivable and transmittable from all areas within the facility”.
