Impose executive compensation cap on corporate subsidy recipients

To prohibit corporations and developers chosen to receive selective state “economic development” subsidies from paying their highest paid employee more than 100 times the amount paid to the lowest paid worker. This would apply if the if the value of the firm’s subsidies exceeds $1 million it employs 50 or more people.
