Repeal drivers license suspension penalty in many laws

To no longer suspend an individual’s drivers license for violations of scores of license, registration and vehicle title offenses in the state vehicle code. This is part of a bipartisan legislative package comprised of House Bills 5846 to 5454 that repeal many of these license suspension provisions.
