Repeal drivers license suspension penalty in many laws

To repeal provisions that authorize the state to revoke, suspend or deny an individual’s drivers license for violations of a large number of laws, many unrelated to driving or vehicles. This bill amends the state insurance code; it is part of a bipartisan legislative package comprised of House Bills 5846 to 5454 that make similar changes in other laws.
