Authorize epidemic relief grants for some small businesses

To appropriate $31 million for grants of up to $10,000 to businesses with 50 or fewer workers that have been impacted by the state’s coronavirus epidemic lockdown policies. The recipients would be selected by the state department in charge of granting selective subsidies to corporations and developers (the “Michigan Strategic Fund”) and would pass through a subsidy program called the “21st century jobs trust fund”.
