Coronavirus epidemic response bills – delinquent property tax

To exempt property owners from interest, penalty, fee, or other late charges for delinquent local property taxes during the coronavirus epidemic state of emergency. Instead, the state (and state taxpayers) would pay these amounts to local governments.
