To insert into the state school code “by reference” the provisions of coronavirus epidemic Executive Order No. 2020-35 that are related to public school closures and responses to the epidemic. This includes requiring schools to identify employees who are willing to staff a “disaster relief child care center” as proposed by Senate Bill 885. The bill would prescribe restrictions on who may do so based on health status, and prohibit requiring a school employee to do so.
