Coronavirus epidemic response bills – suspend medical ‘scope of practice’ restrictions

To suspend for the duration of the coronavirus epidemic emergency the scope of practice, supervision, and delegation restrictions and requirements on licensed medical service providers including nurses, doctor assistants, pharmacists, physical therapists, medical students and more, to the extent the actions are appropriate to an individual’s education, training, and experience. Also, to suspend restrictions on medical service providers licensed in by another state working here during the epidemic.
