Revise prostitution solicitation and related penalties

To revise the penalties for the crime of for obtaining the services of a prostitute, which under current law is subject to 93 days in jail and a $500 fine. The bill would change this to a misdemeanor subject to a $50 fine for a first offense, $250 and up to 93 days in jail for a second offense, and $500 with up to a year in jail for subsequent offenses; it would also authorize judges to order “sex addiction therapy”.
